So if you are not in top 10 of you program it will be hard to get your desired schedule. 1 bad thing is the no paper environment and schedule bidding depends on metrics. Holidays and weekends you will work so be ready for that. Breaks and lunch times you don't get to pick. They force you to move up even if you don't want to. If you do move up for promotion its only like 50 cents. No one should be judge upon surveys especially since half the ppl are angry about policy's or things you as a worker cannot change. They weigh those surveys to you as worker which is WRONG. Its like they want robots that never call out and want everything done right with no mistakes. Like your attendance, bathroom breaks, etc. Management sits there everyday and emails and coach's you about what you are doing wrong. This is not for you as they want you on camera for training, coaching's, and meetings. If you have small kids that you may need to pick up or get off the bus. However, No job is worth your mental health. You do learn how to assist with customers more and learn new things everyday. Let me start with the fact this company wouldn't be horrible if they would change the way the go about certain things.
